Mr. Chen Heffer founded CyTech in 2017 and built AQUILA C4I. He has worked in cybersecurity since 1995, leading security programs for organizations worldwide, and teaches cybersecurity leadership at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the University of Denver.
